Applications are invited for a full time Handy Person/Maintenance Officer to join our successful and dynamic business undertaking maintenance activities in a large manufacturing facility in the Western suburbs. In this busy role, tasks range from minor handyman jobs to major repairs and improvements, maintenance and upkeep activities include plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting, gardening, and concreting.

Ideally candidates will have a trade background with experience in a similar role in an industrial environment. We are seeking someone that is an all rounder who can apply their initiative and skills across a broad range of tasks, and who is responsible, trustworthy and reliable.
Candidates must be physically capable to undertake work safely, be hands on, not mind getting dirty, technically competent and have excellent problem solving skills. A valid driver’s licence is required, as are good interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a professional manner. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their work and can work together with others to get the job done.
