Detpak is a dynamic sales arm of the Detmold Group, created to specifically service the packaging needs of the food industry. Detpak works with and supplies some of Australia’s biggest take-away food brands as well as customer groups including up-market coffee roasters, cafes, bakeries and a vast distribution network.
Due to continued growth within this sales division an opportunity has presented for a team orientated individual to join the Detpak business as Sales Coordinator for our Queensland Regional Sales Team. Based at our Hendra office your key responsibilities will include; providing high level customer service to our customers and providing sales administration support to the Sales Executives.
Your willingness to deliver on the Detpak promise of quality, service and efficiency will be crucial to your success in this exciting and varied role. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills will be extremely valuable in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your demonstrated proactive approach, attention to detail, coupled with your organisational skills and ability to provide innovative solutions will ensure your ongoing achievement and growth.
We nurture our customer centric culture and operate in line with our core values. Previous experience in a similar sales support or administration role will be highly regarded along with advanced Microsoft and Excel skills.
This is a job share role where the successful candidate will be required to work on Thursday and Friday on a permanent part time basis with the ability to cover an additional day for the first 6 months. Some flexibility to cover your job share colleague when needed will be appreciated.
