Reporting directly to the Group Executive General Manager – Sales, Asia, Middle East, Europe & America, but with a clear professional reporting line to the Head of Human Resources at our Group head office in Adelaide, we are seeking a flexible, fast-paced and hands-on Regional HR Manager to join our team. You will be based in Singapore, but will travel to all of our current and emerging AMEAE markets, therefore experience working with different cultures and across multiple jurisdictions will be highly advantageous.
This newly created role will be an integral business partner and provide both strategic and operational human resource advice to promote the achievement of key business objectives. Aligned with the overall Group HR strategy, you will be responsible for local implementation of people strategies, including reinforcing positive development of the company culture, driving organisational development and supporting high-quality HR practices across all elements of the employment lifecycle.
Strong generalist HR experience across commercially focused and global business environments will be highly regarded and tertiary qualifications in HR, organizational psychology or other relevant disciplines. Furthermore, a passion for developing people solutions that maximise commercial value, along with a clear ability to coach and influence managers in the implementation of talent and engagement strategies is vital.
Your resilience and positive approach coupled with your ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships will hold you in good stead.
