Reporting through to the CEO, the Group Customer Experience Manager will provide leadership, innovation and insight to drive an industry leading customer experience and continue to extend the Group’s reputation for reliability and excellence. You will be the change champion to lead the transformation of systems, processes and service standards across the Group to create a new level of service that delivers both internal and external customer excellence. Leveraging world class technical solutions, translating the vision into clear project timeframes and applying business analytics to track lead indicators will be key to your success.

We are seeking candidates with experience in a similar senior management position, with clear success in delivering a strategy across all customer touch points.
