A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for the right candidate to join our growing business in an Account Coordinator role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of services to nominated key accounts and the support and back up for service delivery across the Corporate Brands & National account portfolio.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, to ensure accurate on time delivery of goods to all Corporate Brands & National Accounts customers.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and requests, developing solutions that demonstrate the Detpak promise of delivering quality value and service.
  • Provide superior customer service to new and existing Corporate Brands & National Accounts and develop significant relationships with key customers.
  • Promote the organisation’s products and services to customers through all interactions and telephone contact.
  • Supporting the preparation of customer presentations and customer reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate debtors and aged stock management.
  • Support the new product development enquiry process, including samples management managing artwork transition, mock-ups and concepts.
  • Coordinate internal admin process, including mail, product / price deviations and calendar management.

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate a previous background within a customer service role.
