An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Officer to add value to our Customer Service Team for the Detpak brand. Detpak supplies disposable packaging to the foodservice industry and works with and supplies some of New Zealand’s biggest take-away food brands as well as customer groups including up-market coffee roasters, cafes, bakeries and a vast distribution network. Reporting to the Country Manager, New Zealand we are seeking a Customer Service Officer with a positive, proactive and diligent approach. A high attention to detail is essential as this role involves a high volume order processing and extensive data entry. Further responsibilities include processing and managing orders from placement through to delivery, proactively responding to internal and external customer queries and providing an exceptional customer experience at all times. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will come to the fore as you provide a first-class service to both our internal and external customers. You will be disciplined when following company processes and capable in managing competing priorities.
