It is an exciting time in our Vietnam operations with a planned expansion underway. To support this increase in capacity we are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team and provide leadership within our growing operations. This role will be based at our facilities in Binh Duong near Ho Chi Minh City and is directly responsible for a small HR team.
Reporting to the General Manager, we are seeking a flexible, fast paced and hands on HR Manager. This role will be a trusted business partner and provide both strategic and operational human resources and advice to promote the achievement of key business objectives. Key responsibilities will include reinforcing positive development of the Company culture, driving organizational development, leading and supporting high quality HR practices across all elements of the employment lifecycle.
Strong generalist HR experience across commercially focused large scale manufacturing environments will be highly regarded as well as demonstrated change management experience. Essential requirements for this role are; Tertiary qualifications in HR, organisational psychology or another relevant discipline; good spoken and written English communication; the ability to coach and influence others, and a sound knowledge of Vietnamese employment regulations.
