Detmold Packaging is the sales and marketing arm of the Detmold Group that is the leading manufacturer of paper and board packaging products for the FMCG and industrial markets.   In the Detmold Packaging market key customers demand a high level of customisation, innovation and functionality and Detmold Packaging is able to offer high quality products that meet the rigors of customers' own machinery filling lines.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer with a positive, proactive and diligent approach.  A high attention to detail is essential as this role involves careful checking of orders, invoices and data entry coupled with strong problem-solving skills.

 

Further responsibilities include processing and managing orders from placement through to delivery, various reporting, proactively responding to internal and external customer queries and providing an exceptional administration support to the field sales team.   In addition, managing the product sample, quality complaint and stock management will be key duties in this role.

 

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will come to the fore as you provide a first-class service to both our internal and external customers.  You will be disciplined when following company processes and capable in managing competing priorities.  Experience in a customer service based position in a fast-paced and demanding environment will be highly regarded.
