Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Group Brands, we are seeking a fast-paced, hands-on and flexible communications specialist to join our Group Marketing and Innovation team. The key purpose of this role is to produce high-quality communication content and customer centric messaging for our multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities. This includes preparing and coordinating material for promotional materials, articles, product information, content for digital channels and internal communication. Further responsibilities include editing and proofing communication material, monitoring media activities, undertaking customer surveys, interviewing key stakeholders and keeping abreast of competitor messaging and performance.
Your excellent relationship building skills coupled with your strong attention to detail will come to fore in this role. Superior communication and writing skills and experience in copy writing across multiple mediums and brands is desirable. Furthermore, qualifications in communications, journalism or a related discipline and experience in an internal communications role will also be highly desirable.
