With a committed focus on developing people for the future, we now have an opportunity for an experienced and passionate HR Generalist or Talent Management Specialist to join our Group HR team on a parental leave contract. Based at our Head Office at Brompton and reporting directly to the Group General Manager HR, the role offers the perfect blend of generalist HR support at the group business level with a specialised focus on the attraction, recruitment and retention of talent.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the improvement of talent sourcing strategies, including e recruitment and vendor relationship management
  • Undertaking end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of roles in Australia and Internationally
  • Driving specific talent development and engagement initiatives
  • Analysing and reporting on attraction, employment and retention trends across the business
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives
  • Supporting, coaching and providing generalist HR advice to Managers and Regional HR Managers
  • Developing supporting policies, tools and processes

To be successful candidates will need to have:

  • Great engagement and collaboration skills at all levels of the business, with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Strong technical skills in all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing strategies, profiling and assessment tools
  • Credibility and integrity that builds stakeholder engagement and trust
  • Experience in generalist HR practices
  • Ability to integrate and be a strong team player- with the willingness to be involved across a broad spectrum of activities

We are seeking candidates from a broad range of HR backgrounds with either generalist HR or Talent Management experience.  Tertiary qualifications in either organisational psychology, organisational development, HR management or another relevant discipline will be well regarded.
