Custom Cartons, is part of the Detmold Group, a leading manufacturer of paper and board packaging products with 6 manufacturing locations and over 22 sales offices in 15 countries.   

Custom Cartons are based in Brompton and service the growing demand for small run cartons in Australia and offer an extensive range of products including corrugated cartons, promotional displays and packaging.

We have some casual positions available and are seeking people with experience in a repetitive manufacturing work environment and with a great work ethic to assist us in meeting our customer requirements. Flexibility to work day and afternoon or nightshift is required.

Duties Include:

• Quality checking and packing products ready for dispatch
• Wrapping and stacking boxes of product onto pallets
• Feeding raw materials into machines
• General workplace housekeeping
• Working efficiently and safely

Ideally applicants will have:

• Hands on and practical approach to work
• A mechanical aptitude
• Initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and part of a team
• A flexible and practical hands on approach to work
• Good communication skills and neat personal presentation
• Good safety and quality awareness
• A forklift license (desirable)
