General Manager Operations China or Vietnam
We require an Operations Genaral Manager with exceptional leadership, cross cultural sensitivity and experience in batch manufacturing to relocate to one of our off shore manufacturing businesses: either China - first established over 20 years ago, or Vietnam - one of our newest and most rapidly growing facilities.
With full responsibility for the overall performance of the business - including P&L Management, People Leadership, Quality, Service, Efficiency and Safety standards, Stakeholder engagement and Customer responsiveness, the opportunity for impact is significant. This role is broadly scoped, and requires curiosity, analysis and overall tenacity to continually identify and drive improvement, develop local capability and achieve business performance in line with our strategy for manufacturing excellence.
