Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager, we are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to join our Group Supply Chain team, based in Adelaide. The main purpose of this role is to lead and motivate a team of Inventory Planners to ensure we provide our customers with superior service as well as drive continuous improvement of our inventory management practices and system utilisation to support our continued growth. Further responsibilities will include:
Strong supply chain and project management experience across commercially focused and global business environments will be highly regarded and tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain or other relevant disciplines. Furthermore, experience in managing and engaging a team and a flair for improving systems and processes will be highly regarded.
