CRM System Administrator

We have a new opportunity for a System Administrator to support our Administrator & Developer, and our broader sales community, in the administration of Salesforce and other internal systems. We are seeking a capable candidate to undertake all basic day to day administration, maintenance and support of Salesforce.  Furthermore, this role will support the guidance and training of existing and new users in the use of Salesforce and grow the Salesforce skill across our business. For the right candidate there will be opportunity to develop both their salesforce capability as well as gain working knowledge of other internal systems.

Examples of activities include;

  • New user set ups and profile management
  • Generate a variety of reports
  • Report management
  • Data uploading
  • User training and support including the development of training materials
  • Performing other associated administration and project work

Ideally, we are seeking candidates that have basic Salesforce administration skills and experience however candidates with administration skills and experience in other CRM systems or enterprise wide business systems will be considered. To be successful in this role you must have;

  • Systems & process thinking, be logical and analytical and have a strong practical learning ability
  • Strong computer and systems skills, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
  • Great verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable, mature and confident in dealing with people.
  • The ability to deal with diversity as this role engages with people across our company in all the countries in which we operate.
  • An ability to undertake routine work, balanced with a proactive approach to problem solving

 

Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, as would relevant qualifications.  This role is offered in a full-time capacity, however for the right candidate part time may be considered.
