Detpak is the dynamic sales and marketing arm of the Detmold Group, created to specifically service the needs of the food industry.  The Global Brands & Corporate Accounts division was formed to specially service the Detpak globally recognised Quick Service Restaurant customer group.

About our Opportunity

Due to exciting growth within our Global Brands and Corporate Accounts division we are seeking focused, organised and pro-active Team Leaders who have a passion for leading and managing a high performing sales support team.  Based in Adelaide and reporting to the Manager Customer Sales & Service – Global Brands and Corporate Accounts the main purpose of this role is to lead and motivate a sales support team to ensure we provide our customers with superior service as well as developing and building winning relationships within the Australian customer portfolio to consistently drive sustainable and profitable growth. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working in close co-operation with the members of the Sales Support team to build team cohesion and promote the responsiveness & professionalism of the team
• Developing significant relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Working in conjunction with our sales support team to liaise directly with key Business Managers and stakeholders to deliver superior service and results
• Effectively managing performance and training & development for the sales support team.
