An exciting opportunity now exists for a self-driven Salesforce Specialist to be responsible for managing and developing our Salesforce platform to support business requirements and improve business processes, ensuring stability and longevity of the platform to support scalability. This position plays a key role in the support, guidance, and training of existing and new users in the use of Salesforce, and to grow the Salesforce skill across our business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with key stakeholders to recommend solutions and provide expert advice
• Providing leadership in design and data architecture
• Understanding and assisting in the deployment of data integrations with other platforms
• Creating and managing workflows, complex formulas, basic triggers, and flows
• User training and support including the development of training materials
• Salesforce App creation and management
• Troubleshooting errors and malfunctions
• Providing Salesforce administrative support including new user set up, profile management and report generation

Working within this fast-paced manufacturing and sales environment, you will ideally possess the following:

• Demonstrated experience in managing / administrating a Salesforce environment
• Systems and process thinking, you are logical, analytical and have a strong practical learning ability
• Experience in custom application and object development
• Experience in workflow, process builder and formulas
• The ability to understand complex process and system relationships
• Experience in data management and security
• The ability to undertake routine work, balanced with a proactive approach to problem solving
