Detmold Medical has recently been established by the Detmold Group as a result of a partnership with the State and Federal Governments to manufacture medical masks (PPE). Detmold Medical has set up a new manufacturing facility to ensure supplies for our primary health care workers.

 

About our Opportunity

A new 12-month full time contract opportunity has been created for someone who is passionate about providing administrative support, who takes prides in their work including accuracy and efficiency with a strong focus on delivering excellence in administration and customer service to join our business as a Supply Chain Administrator, based in Adelaide, South Australia. This role provides support for the Supply Chain team as well as working closely with our Factory and Warehouse operations.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and undertake accurate data entry of daily reports into system.
  • Prepare and distribute daily/weekly reports.
  • Prepare and dispatch of work orders.
  • Daily data entry of dispatched goods into system.
  • Weekly consumable stock counts and assist with ordering
  • General office / administration tasks
  • Other tasks to support the team

 

Ideally you will:

  • Have proven experience in accurate data entry and general administration tasks.
  • Have previous experience working in a busy high-volume production/manufacturing / industrial environment, or similar.
  • Sound mathematical abilities, identifying inaccuracies and have lateral thinking
  • Have demonstrated skills and in time management and prioritisation of tasks.
  • Have effective report writing skills that reflects attention to detail.
  • Be computer and systems literate with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office particularly Excel and Word. Experience / exposure to MRP systems, databases, SharePoint would be desirable.
  • Be professional in your conduct, and able to work in independently and as part of a team.
  • Be willing to assist on a range of tasks / activities
  • Have good verbal communication skills, confident in asking questions and willing to learn.
  • Demonstrated initiative and resilience in the workplace
  • Be able to build and maintain sound professional working relationships.
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
