This Executive Assistant role will be responsible for supporting both the Group Executive General Manager, Asia, Middle East, Europe, America and the Executive Chairman. The role will report to the Group EGM, and have an opportunity to be directly involved in our success. This wide and varied role requires an exceptional candidate with the flexibility to move from the day to day administrative requirements of a support role, through to overseeing compilation of board packs, reporting requirements and local and international travel coordination.
Dynamic and fast paced, success in this role will be dependent on the following professional skills:
Technically you must be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. You will also have the unique blend of strong written and verbal communication skills matched by natural ability to work with numbers, generate reports and the speed to maneuver through IS system requirements.
Prior experience in executive assistant, personal assistant, financial support or administrative management will be essential. Qualifications will be well regarded.
