We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager/General Manager to lead a small division of the Detmold Group. Based in Melbourne, we are seeking a self-starting professional to drive and manage a small manufacturing operation as well as an office.
In this hands-on sales management role, you will strengthen our current position and reputation within the market as well as growing and introducing new products.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
You will possess a well-developed understanding of sales and margin management, be proactive in approach and have the personal commitment that sees you persevere to achieve desired results. Your business acumen will ensure identification and conversion of sales and through your customer service focus you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions in the market place will be critical to your success.
