Executive Assistant to the Group General Manager, Human Resources - 12 Month Parental Leave Contract

This Executive Assistant role will be responsible for supporting the Group General Manager, Human Resources.  This wide and varied role requires an exceptional candidate with the flexibility to move from the day-to-day administrative requirements of a assistant role, through to providing support on various human resources projects and reporting requirements. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Calendar coordination and organising meetings, conferences and functions
  • Travel management
  • Preparation of reports, documentations and presentations
  • Collation of monthly board reports
  • Administrative support on other cyclical HR tasks such as salary and performance reviews
  • Providing assistance to other members of the Group Executive team as required.

Technically you must be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. You will also have the unique blend of strong written and verbal communication skills matched by natural ability to work with numbers, generate reports and the speed to maneuver through IS system requirements.

Prior experience in executive assistant, personal assistant or administrative management will be essential. Qualifications will be well regarded.
