About our Opportunity
Detpak is the dynamic sales and marketing arm of the Detmold Group, created to specifically service the packaging needs of the food service industry. In addition to working with and supplying some of Australia’s biggest take-away food brands, we also service customer groups including upmarket coffee roasters and cafes, bakeries and our vast distribution base.

Given our continued focus on market expansion we are seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager with a track record of driving strategic market penetration, building sales pipeline, delivering profitable growth and the passion and ability to lead, manage and motivate a National Sales team.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of field sales achievement, with strong commercial acumen, and a working knowledge of margin, and profit drivers. You will also be an established people leader who demonstrates strong personal accountability and integrity, leading by example and setting consistently high standards for others to emulate. You’ll have excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to influence across a range of stakeholders, with the courage to back your own judgement and make tough decisions.
