About our Opportunity

Given our continued focus on market expansion, our Digital and eCommerce Sales team is critical to executing the Detmold Group’s Digital and eCommerce strategy and offering.   We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our small ,yet dynamic, eCommerce team and support our digital and eCommerce strategic objectives through the coordination of best practice digital initiatives and interactions with our customers.

As this is a newly created role, you will be enabled to play a key role in ensuring we are further enhancing the experience we offer our customers.  Reporting to the eCommerce Manager Marketing & Analytics your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns to maximise revenue and engagement in alignment with eCommerce strategic objectives across all customer touch points and brands.
  • Coordinate and distribute internal communications to key stakeholders relating to digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Use your creativity to generate campaign content and assets for use across all digital channels including online advertising, blog posts, landing pages, social media and eDM’s.
  • Coordinate reporting and analysis on return on investment for campaigns & promotions.
  • Coordinate eCommerce product updates across all brands.
  • Coordinate the setup of customers, products, and content for Customer portals.
  • Leverage A/B Testing capabilities and experiment with segmentation to optimise content relevance and effectiveness.
  • Participate in website testing procedures that form part of the regular website deployment process across all brands.
  • Coordinate and action promo code requests.
  • Ensure compliance with spam and privacy laws in various regions.

About You

Here’s more about the type of person we want to join our team.  You are:

  • Experienced in digital marketing and campaign coordination ideally across B2B and B2C environments.
  • Focused on attention to detail and have demonstrated experience proof-reading.
  • Experienced in using marketing automation platforms, website content management systems, Google products suite, social media platforms, content planning and scheduling software & Adobe products.
  • Able to communicate effectively, in a credible and engaging way.
  • Resilient and determined, with high levels of personal accountability and integrity.
  • Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding outcomes against business and personal objectives.
  • Interested in learning and you have the intellectual capacity to quickly understand and apply new concepts.
  • A team player, whilst you are able to work autonomously you enjoy providing support to your team and the wider business.
