About our Opportunity

Group Market Activation is a creative and dynamic team offering our internal and external Trade and Sales communities first class customer service. Given our continued focus on market expansion, the Market Activation team play a key role marketing the product ranges across all Detmold Brands to support sales and strategic activation, delivering maximum market penetration, relevance to our customers and sustainability of the market position.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from Trade Marketing / Market Activation Specialists for several opportunities we have available in the New Year due to growth and Parental Leave cover.

About You

You may be an experienced Marketer who can hit the ground running and develop and execute complex and successful market initiatives, strategies & campaigns or you may be a recent Marketing or Events Management Graduate with a couple of years’ experience and a desire to develop and broaden your skills and marketing expertise.  No matter how much experience you possess, it’s your flair, ability to learn quickly, effectively and collaboratively work within a team and deliver assigned work to a high standard that will set you apart.

We are seeking people with a positive approach & can-do attitude who possess the following attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A collaborative and engaging approach
• Effective influencing and relationships building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a high level of organisational ability
• Experience preparing and managing creative and project briefing documents, reports and correspondence across internal and external portals
• Previous experience or the ability to manage budget tracking on marketing expenditure
• The ability to adapt and respond quickly to change
• Passion for working in a team
• Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of products (including Excel at an Advanced level) and previous experience using InDesign – Adobe Illustrator, Mail Chimp & Canva
