Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, an exciting opportunity has opened for a full time generalist HR professional to join our Operations Human Resources Team based in Adelaide.

This is a true generalist position where you will be involved in all facets of day-to-day human resources in an operations environment.  You will be a trusted business partner and provide operational human resources guidance, advice and support across all elements of the employment lifecycle to promote the achievement of key business objectives, including:

• Employee engagement and wellbeing
• Learning and development
• Employee/Industrial relations
• Induction and onboarding
• Recruitment and selection

You will also influence and facilitate the implementation and use of good practice human resources principles.

We are seeking a passionate, flexible and hands-on Human Resources Advisor who is ready to take the next step in their career and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.

To be successful in this position, you will ideally possess the following:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with employees and across multiple stakeholders whilst respecting confidentiality.
• Great organisational skills. You are focused and diligent in your approach.
• The ability to show initiative and be proactive in problem solving and issue management.
• Strong computer and systems skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications and previous HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment are desirable.

Key to your success will be your natural ability to foster relationships, exercise initiative and demonstrated experience in a similar role. Along with your ability to engage with people you will be practical, logical and have integrity in your approach to work and problem solving.
