Reporting directly to the Group General Manager – Human Resources, this newly created role provides the opportunity for an exceptional HR leader, with proven experience in delivering value add people solutions across global operations environments, to join our team.

While ensuring alignment with the overall Group HR strategy, this new role will take the lead in working in partnership with Senior Operations and HR leaders to establish and implement value add people practices across all elements of the employment lifecycle. You will take the lead to drive consistency in standard, improvement in performance and improved commercial returns across all operations businesses, while providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring of Operations HR teams to deliver quality implementation of global strategy at the local level.

Experience in complex, commercially driven and highly competitive operations environments will be essential, as will prior success in navigating global businesses and cultures to deliver people-based results. Tertiary qualifications in HR, organisational psychology, business, or other relevant disciplines will be expected.
