About our Opportunity

We’re looking for Storepersons to join our small and friendly Warehouse Team at our busy finished goods warehouse facility, near Auckland Airport. Using a Reach vehicle, our Storepersons are responsible for carrying out picking, put-away and replenishment activities, to ensure stock is available to meet our customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately picking consignments so that they are-ready for the carrier in the time required;
• Picking, stacking, wrapping and configuring pallets to meet customer specifications;
• Putting away incoming stock, accurately scanning stock into location bays, ensuring pallets are stored safely in racking;
• Carrying out replenishment activity, accurately scanning stock into location bays;
• Safe operation of reach and counterbalance vehicles, and at all times operating in line with H&S policies and procedures;
• Identifying discrepancies between inventory and physical stock, raising these with the Inventory Controller;
• Maintaining housekeeping standards, including the collection and safe disposal of all rubbish and cardboard.

 About You

Our Storepersons are required to operate a reach vehicle to carry out picking, put-away and replenishment activities.  Our ideal candidates are confident and careful reach operators who always keep Health & Safety front of mind.  You will have experience from a similar role within a warehouse environment, ideally having used a Radio Frequency (RF) gun to scan product in and out of locations.  Strong attention to detail to accurately pick stock and minimise errors for our customers is also really important.
