About our Organisation

The Detmold Group is an Australian family-owned and operated business who design, manufacture and supply world-class paper and cardboard packaging products.  Driven to achieve the highest standards, we place a strong emphasis on quality, service, and efficiency, supplying some of the world’s largest and most iconic food and retail brands, including a number of globally-recognised Quick Service Restaurants.

About our Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Service Team to provide critical sales support to some of our most significant and long-standing customer partnerships.  Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, and working closely with the Corporate Accounts Business Manager and Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in a responsive team that provides a comprehensive service delivery to our Corporate Accounts customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquires across designated key accounts, addressing concerns and requests, and working collaboratively to develop solutions;
  • Coordinating inventory management, and completing timely and accurate ordering and forecasting activities, container management, and customer stock reporting.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accurate and on time delivery of goods.

 About You

You’ll have previous experience in a similar role, delivering an exceptional level of service to high-profile customers, within a fast-paced environment.  Strong relationship-management skills are critical in this role; you must be able to forge both strong external partnerships and robust internal relationships, to assist you in collective problem-solving and to help coordinate the effective prioritisation of resource.

The ability to work steadily under pressure and with a high degree of accuracy is crucially important, as is the ability to interpret and manipulate large sets of inventory data.  You will be comfortable picking up and navigating in-house systems, and strong Excel skills are a must!

Strong personal accountability, the willingness to persevere, and the ability to maintain personal resilience, even under times of pressure, will ensure your success in this role.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a highly visible and impactful role! We offer a supportive team environment with genuine development and career-growth opportunities.
