About our Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join our NZ team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager NZ, this role will be responsible for planning, driving, and executing sales activity in the North Island, delivering sales growth, increasing product penetration, and improving margin to achieve sales and margin targets. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, including some of our biggest national accounts and distributors, as well as our direct customers too.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of field sales achievement who can prioritise and focus sales resources to generate and close business opportunities. You will be tenacious and results-oriented, planning effectively and taking a highly proactive approach to achieve desired outcomes. You’ll also have strong commercial acumen, and a working knowledge of margin and drivers of profit to impact on business performance. A current and valid NZ driver’s license is essential.
Our ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified, with a marketing or business qualification, and have previous experience in the packaging or FMCG industry.
