About our Opportunity
Due to continued growth and our strong emphasis on innovation, sustainable outcomes and delivering leading edge solutions to our diverse customer base, an exciting opportunity now exists to work with some the world’s most popular brands within our LaunchPad Adelaide Team. This team is the centre for research and development, concept creation, rapid prototyping and works with our customers to provide fast, integrated product development services.
Supporting our current position as a market leader in sustainable product innovations, your role will be to deliver strong leadership, communication, development, and discipline in the project management function of LaunchPad. Developing a team to execute R&D and NPD projects, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while working with the LaunchPad Design and Development team to deliver the required outcomes. Ensuring that our projects meet commercial objectives, timelines and market requirements will be the key measures of your success.
Reporting the Group Innovation and Design manager, you will be part of our broader sustainability and innovation team and will provide leadership and support on the development of new products, materials, and capability.

About You
We are seeking a leader with demonstrated relevant experience, adaptable to drive business change and ability to influence key stakeholders. An ability to build business partnerships along with considered technical and commercial decision making will highly regarded.
To be successful within this role you must be capable of working independently and at a fast pace, whilst maintaining high quality standards. You are of an inquisitive nature, looking to challenge the current standards, someone who wants to drive change for the better.
Additionally, you will be technologically savvy, with strong communication skills and your customer service mindset will hold you in good stead. Your natural ability to foster relationships and ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels of the organisation will place you well for this role.
