The Detmold Group is a privately owned, global leader in the manufacturing and sale of specialized paper and board packaging products. Due to the Group’s strong emphasis on innovation and delivering solutions to our diverse customer base, the Group has formed the LaunchPad Adelaide Team. This team is the centre for research and development, concept creation, rapid prototyping and works with our customers to provide fast, integrated product development services.
We are now seeking two Project Leads to drive project outcomes within the project management function of LaunchPad. Working as part of a growing team, these roles are responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, while working with the LaunchPad Design and Development team to deliver the required project outcomes. Ensuring projects meet commercial and technical objectives, within strategic timelines and market requirements will be the key measures of your success.
Reporting the Project Manager for New Product Development, you will be part of our broader Sustainability & Innovation Team and will deliver the tasks that support the development of new products, materials, and capability. We are seeking a Project Officer’s who are adaptable to deliver change and possess an ability to influence key stakeholders.
About You
The successful candidates must be capable of working independently and at a fast pace whilst maintaining high quality standards. You have an inquisitive nature, look to challenge the current standards, and want to drive change for the better.
Additionally, you will be technologically savvy, with strong communication skills and a customer service mindset will hold you in good stead. An understanding and aptitude for technical and commercial decision making will be highly regarded.
These newly created roles are expected to lead project teams to deliver innovative products with a focus on sustainability.
